Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products made through the C2V website, accessible at https://softmotion.fr/, between Softmotion and any person making a purchase through the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time the Customer views them, subject to availability.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, Softmotion cannot guarantee an exact match with the product received, particularly with regard to colours.
Article 3 – Prices
Inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery charges are displayed before the final confirmation of the order.
C2V reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the Customer will be charged the price applicable at the time the order is placed.
Article 4 – Orders
Placing an order on the website constitutes the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarising the order.
Softmotion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are dispatched in accordance with the terms described in the Shipping Policy available on the website.
Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Softmotion cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Article 8 – Refunds
Following receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days, using the original payment method.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
Article 9 – Defective Products or Incorrect Orders
In the event that a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, the Customer must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order at the following email address:
